The Davenport’s main residence prior to Bramhall Hall – Old Hall is set within the North Cheshire Green Belt on a stunning site overlooking its own private stream and estate.
Our ongoing programme of works since 2019 has been to fully restore the 16th Century grade II listed structure both internally and externally, most notably significant repairs to its timber frame and add a contemporary extension to the rear including pool and gym. The extension frames the views of the surrounding landscape and brings natural light deep into the building and will increase the home to 6000sqft.
Dairy Barns & Labourers Cottage – A series of brick barns have been converted into five new individual dwellings with views of the restored farmyard and private landscaped gardens.
Newbuild dwellings – Three new 2500sqft homes have been sensitively designed to frame the lost courtyard. They feature soft pink brick and echo a barn style through their contemporary nature.
