[About]Fairways reimagines luxury apartment living through a carefully crafted collection of six generously proportioned homes, each offering approximately 1,800 square feet of living space.

Replacing a dated dwelling on the edge of a golf course, the brief was to create an exclusive development that delivered the quality and character of a bespoke home while making the most of a constrained site.
The principal challenge was accommodating six substantial apartments without creating the appearance of a conventional apartment complex.
The building was therefore conceived as a composition of interlocking pitched forms, drawing inspiration from the scale and proportions of a large country house. By carefully breaking down the massing and integrating lower-ground parking into the natural topography, the development sits comfortably within its landscape while retaining a domestic character.
Deep terraces, generous glazing and carefully framed views allow every apartment to enjoy a strong connection to the surrounding gardens and golf course, while a refined palette of warm brick, traditional roof forms and finely crafted detailing creates a timeless architectural language.
The result is a development that combines the practicality of apartment living with the generosity, privacy and architectural quality more commonly associated with an individual home.
